个人简介:张磊，上海中医药大学博士毕业，拥有20多年分析和生物制药质量研究经历，先后就职于上海有机所质谱中心，Agilent（GC/LC-FTMS），GE（CTC，AIMS）和三生国健药业(上海)股份有限公司，目前任上海复宏汉霖生物技术股份有限公司分析高级总监。专注于色谱、质谱和电泳类分析，以及生物药研发和生产不同阶段的质量研究和申报分析，特别是单抗药物的结构、纯度、杂质和E&L研究，和相应的标准制定。近年来，在国际著名杂志，如Anal. Chem., Anal. Chim. Acta., J. Chromatogr. A, J. Pharm. Sci., Anal. Bioanal. Chem., J. Pharm. Biomed. Anal.等，以第一作者或通讯作者发表17篇SCI论文。Dr. Lei Zhang, Senior Director of Analysis at Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc., brings over 20 years of experience in analytical and biopharmaceutical quality research. He has worked at esteemed organizations such as the Mass Spectrometry Center at the Shanghai Institute of Organic Medicine, Agilent (GC/LC-FTMS Department), GE (Shanghai R&D Center, AIMS Department), and Sunshine Guojian (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Dr. Zhang specializes in chromatography, mass spectrometry, and electrophoresis analysis, focusing on quality research for therapeutic proteins, specification setup, and control strategy throughout the development and production of biological drugs. His research emphasizes structure elucidation, purity & impurities, and E&L studies to ensure the safety and efficacy of biopharmaceutical products. In the past decade, recent years, as the first author or corresponding author, 17 SCI papers have been published in internationally renowned journals such as Anal. Chem., Anal. Chim. Acta., J.
