Vishnuraj is a scientist at ICAR-National Meat Research Institute, Hyderabad, where he heads the Meat Species Identification Laboratory, an ISO 17025:2017 NABL-accredited facility and FSSAI referral laboratory. With over a decade of experience in molecular diagnostics and food authenticity, his work focuses on species authentication, adulteration detection, and molecular method development. He has developed highly sensitive ddPCR assays for trace-level detection and quantification in animal-origin foods, supporting food safety, regulatory compliance, and advanced molecular research. 查看更多
