个人简介:在生物化学与生物分析化学领域拥有超过16年的研究经验,在解析生物分子功能及其分子特性方面具有扎实的研究基础。2016年获得西安交通大学分子生物学与生物化学博士学位,同年加入路易斯维尔大学从事博士后研究,目前担任该校化学系研究副教授。研究方向主要聚焦于开发基于多维色谱-质谱(LC-MS/MS)的生物分析平台,用于代谢组学和表观转录组学研究。建立了多种生物分子的定量分析方法,涵盖短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸、核苷、核苷酸、RNA修饰以及寡核苷酸,并将这些分析技术应用于复杂生物样本,以揭示人类疾病发生发展的分子调控机制。自2018年以来,已发表同行评议论文42篇。作为独立研究者,主持获得了1项美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)R21项目和2项校内科研基金,同时作为共同研究者(Co-Investigator)参与获得了2项校外科研项目资助。目前,研究主要致力于阐明RNA修饰动态变化及代谢调控在酒精相关性肝病(ALD)发生发展中的作用,并利用先进的质谱分析技术发现新的疾病生物标志物和治疗靶点,为ALD的精准诊断和治疗提供理论基础。I have worked in biochemistry and bioanalytical chemistry for over 16 years with a solid background in elucidating biological molecular functions and characteristics. I earned my Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry in 2016 in Xi’an Jiaotong University and joined the University of Louisville as a post-doc the same year. After I joined the University of Louisville, my research has been centered on developing multi-dimensional chromatography-mass spectrometry based bioanalytical platforms for metabolomics and epitranscriptomics. I have developed quantitative methods for analyzing short-chain fatty acids, bile acids, nucleosides/nucleotides, and oligonucleotides, and has applied these methods to complex biological samples to understand the mechanisms of molecular regulation changes in biological systems, resulting in 42 publications since 2018. I have received one R21 grant and two internal awards as the Principal Investigator and two external grants as a Co-Investigator. My current research aims to investigate RNA modification dynamics and metabolic regulation in alcohol-associated liver disease. 查看更多
