个人简介:马冯飞是默沙东南旧金山（SSF）分析研发部的副首席科学家。他获得了威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校的药物科学博士学位，期间专注于开创基于质谱的新型蛋白质组学和肽组学分析方法。自2018年加入默沙东以来，马冯飞展现了在开发质谱及其他分析技术方面的专业能力，全面表征多特异性抗体、抗体药物偶联物（ADCs）、融合蛋白、肽药物偶联物及其他药物形式。他运用多样化的分析方法，支持细胞系开发以及超过十个不同生物治疗项目在化学、制造与控制（CMC）阶段的可开发性和可制造性研究。马冯飞还积累了丰富的药物研发早期及CMC阶段的经验。他在《Nature Cell Biology》、《Nature Communications》、《Nature Neuroscience》、《Analytical Chemistry》和《mAbs》等知名期刊发表了20余篇同行评审论文。此外，他还担任十余种同行评审期刊的科学审稿人。Fengfei Ma is an Associate Principal Scientist in Analytical Research and Development at Merck South San Francisco (SSF). He earned his PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he focused on pioneering novel mass spectrometric-based methods for proteomic and peptidomic analysis. Upon joining Merck in 2018, Fengfei has demonstrated his expertise in developing MS and other analytical techniques to comprehensively characterize multispecific antibodies, ADCs, fusion proteins, peptide drug conjugates and other modalities. He applies a diverse array of analytical approaches to support cell line development as well as developability/ manufacturability studies for more than 10 different biotherapeutic programs at chemistry, manufacturing and control (CMC) stage. Fengfei has also accumulated extensive experience across both the Discovery and early development phases of drug development. He has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals such as Nature cell biology, Nature communications, Nature Neuroscience, Analytical Chemistry and Mabs.
