个人简介:Dian is a Senior Director in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) at Mersana Therapeutics. Previously, Dian was a Principal Scientist in DMPK at Genentech. Her research interest has been focused on ADC/small molecule/peptide DMPK areas mainly in the pre-clinical stage: 1) establishing and implementing question-driven DMPK assay platforms and strategies; 2) providing DMPK-insights via gaining molecular/cellular-level mechanistic understanding and establishing PK/PD relationship for optimizing drug design; 3) exploring deep understanding of biotransformation and its biological impact. Before joining the biotech industry, Dian held a postdoctoral position at the NIH Proteomics Research Resource for Integrative Biology in Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. She earned her Ph. D. in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. Dian’s critical scientific achievements resulted in 39 including 14 first/corresponding-authored publications in high impact peer-reviewed journals. 查看更多
