简单压力容器SPVD介绍

简单压力容器欧盟CE认证法规为：2014/29/EU ，2016年4月20日起，简单压力容器（Simple Pressure Vessel）指令（SPVD）新指令2014/29/EU正式施行，取代旧指令2009/105/EC。

简单压力容器定义

• 焊接成型；

• 内部表压大于5 bar；

• 介质：空气或氮气；

• 非受火；

• 承压件构成材料：非合金优质钢、非合金铝、非时效硬化铝合金；

• 结构形式：圆柱形壳体+碟形封头/平封头；

• PS≤30 bar & PS×V≤10 000 bar·L；

• -50℃≤TS≤300℃（钢）或100℃（铝及铝合金）。

分类及符合性评估程序：

认证流程

• 向欧测提供产品的基本信息，用来判断CE认证产品的适用标准，并确定产品的认证模式，如：以及产品的型号列表、材料、规格、性能、特性和用途等。

• 根据认证模式制定培训、测试和审核计划，并协商和确定认证的详细内容和价格，签署合作协议。

• 产品标准和生产管理体系培训和初次评估。

• 焊工资格证的培训，取得

• 样品型式试验、工厂审核（根据认证模式确定）。

• 后续监督（根据认证模式确定）。

• 技术文件要求:

• 容器总说明；

• 设计建造图纸;

• 设计标准；

• 基本安全要求分析，当设计标准为非协调标准时；

• 设计计算结果、测试结果；

• 容器使用说明；

• 建造说明：材料选择、焊接方法选择、检查选择及其它与容器设计相关的详细信息；

• 焊接工艺评定、焊工证及焊接操作证；

• 代表生产类型的容器样品；

• 主承压部件材料检验证书；

• 检验计划。

类别划分以及认证模式

Vessel category according to the product of maximum working pressure in bar and its capacity in liters (PS x V)根据最大允许工作压力和容积的乘积来确定压力设备的SPVD类别。

认证方案：

First Step/第一步:

The first step is for the manufacturer, or his authorized representative established in the EEA, to apply for and obtain from an approved body, before series manufacture commences, an EC certificate of adequacy or an EC type examination certificate (see Annex D for details). Where the vessels are to be manufactured so as to conform to a 'relevant national standard', the applicant may choose for which certificate to apply; where that is not the case, the application must be for a type examination certificate.

获得：EC certificate of adequacy-design 或者EC type examination certificate 证书。

Second step/第二步：

Category A.1: EC verification Procedure-F

认证机构必须见证每一个容器的水压或者气压实验。100%

Category A.2 and A.3:

Option 1: EC verification Procedure

10%： 检验比例10%

通常情况下，检验比例10%，这些样品由认证检验机构进行挑选。

Option 2: EC Certification of conformity procedure-surveillance 批次检验模式

Frequency of inspection body operation检验机构的检验频次:

a) 如果同种压力容器的生产率达到3000/年，正常随机抽查时间为一年1次；达到6000/年，正常随机抽查时间为一年2次。检验机构将随机挑选两个容器，同种型号每年至少挑选一种型号一台容器。

b) 每年产量小于3000台的，必须进行一个批次的检验，检验比例10%，每年产量超过6000台的必须进行2次检验。

    -a batch of vessels consists at the most of 3000 vessels of the model of the same type. 批件的最多数量为3000一个批次。
